I fully understand and acknowledge that culinary activities such as KEKELICIOUS workshop classes and events have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and that my participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness. I fully understand and acknowledge that KEKELICIOUS provides alcohol during culinary activities, and that these activities carry inherent risks. By participating in these activities arranged by KEKELICIOUS or its employees, partners or agents, I agree to the following:
 

1) My participation in culinary activities carries risks and may pose hazards and dangers. 
 

2) These risks and hazards may result from the actions and/or negligence of KEKELICIOUS or any of its employees, partners, or agents. The risks and hazards may also be caused by the actions and/or negligence of the participants in the program, others, or may be the result of accidents. 
 

3) I understand that risks and dangers associated with food and alcohol activities exist, and I assume all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of KEKELICIOUS or its employees, agents, or partners, or by any other person.

I hereby release KEKELICIOUS and each of its present and former owners, principals, members, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage, losses or personal injury to myself resulting from my participation in KEKELICIOUS classes or events.

Cancelation Policy:

Our policy is cancellation up to 48h before a workshop. Refund given as a voucher or rebooking to another date.

If you have booked a private workshop or dining a rebook needs to be planned 3 days in advance.

If you have ordered a catering and need to cancel the minimum there is a minimum of 3 days notice.
